ALLRIS Standard is a flexible optical inspection system designed for reliable automated quality control in industrial production. Combining our proprietary ALLRIS software with application-specific cameras, lighting and modular standard hardware, it provides high inspection performance in a cost-efficient configuration. The system uses a single camera and can be integrated into existing production machines or configured as a standalone inspection solution.

Double-Snap Inspection
With the Double-Snap function, the same product is captured twice under different lighting conditions within a single inspection cycle. This enables the detection of different defect characteristics and improves inspection reliability.
Double-Snap is an available feature of ALLRIS Standard and can also be used in double-system configurations.
Optional Sorting & Rejection
ALLRIS Standard can be equipped with an optional sorting and rejection function. Defective products are identified during inspection, tracked along the production line and automatically removed at the designated rejection station.
The sorting system can be adapted to the production process and the customer’s specific requirements.
