ALLRIS Double Configuration combines two independent, networked inspection systems in one integrated solution with a shared central control cabinet.
Both systems are operated via two monitors using a single keyboard and mouse. A background master application synchronizes essential operating commands, while each inspection system can be configured independently.
System Architecture – Two Systems, One Central Unit
ALLRIS Double combines two fully equipped inspection systems in a single, shared control cabinet.
Each system has its own industrial PC and dedicated electrical components, ensuring independent image acquisition and processing. A common uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and cabinet air conditioning serve both systems.

Parameter Transfer Between Systems
When both systems inspect the same product from the same perspective on parallel production lines, inspection settings configured on one system can be transferred to the other. This reduces setup effort and helps maintain consistent inspection parameters across both lines.
Configuration 2 – Sequential Inspection
Two inspection systems are positioned consecutively along a single production line. Each station can perform a different inspection task, allowing complementary quality checks at separate positions in the production process.
Both configurations benefit from a shared central control cabinet, synchronized operating commands and independent setup capabilities.
